We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Home Health Physical Therapist to provide excellent care to our patients in their homes. As a Home Health Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for developing individualized treatment plans, conducting therapeutic exercises, and educating patients and their families on how to manage their conditions and improve their overall physical function.
Speech Therapist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team. As a Speech Therapist, you will work with patients in their homes, evaluate hearing and speech/language test results and medical or background information to diagnose and plan treatment for speech, language, fluency, voice, and swallowing disorders.
Occupational Therapy Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Home Health Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team. As a Home Health Occupational Therapy Assistant, you will administer occupational therapy to patients on an intermittent basis in their place of residence. This is performed in accordance with physician orders and plan of care under the direction and supervision of the Occupational Therapist (OT).
Physical Therapy Assistant
